The Boys: The Name of the Game by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson was the second graphic novel that we discussed at our book club – not that the discussion went on particularly long. The three of us were unanimous in our opinion that The Boys, while mildly interesting, was ultimately disappointing. Transmetropolitan: Back on the Street stars Spider Jerusalem, a paranoid, drug-fueled, gonzo journalist now living as a recluse sometime in the near-future.
